The following rules for burial site decorations have been put in place for our staffs' safety as well as your safety. Please adhere to these guidlines to help us keep a beautiful cemetery for your loved ones.
Allowable items include: live floral arrangements, live plants within 12" of the front of a headstone, military designation flag holder, eternal candles, natural or rubber mulch within 12" of front of a headstone, headstone saddles, add more here.
Please DO NOT use: artificial floral arrangements, trinkets, glass or ceramic objects, solar lights, vases, add more here.
Our grounds crew does a full cemetery clean-up in March and October. Please refrain for adding new items during these months as they can not discern the new from the old. If headstone decorations are not in compliance, the grounds crew will flag the site and allow two weeks to remove any out of compliance items. After that time, items will be disposed of and flag will remain to attempt to notify family members of existing regulations. This is in place to keep grounds equipment in good working order and prevent accident or injury to our staff and visitors. Please respect these regulations as it helps us keep the cemetery safe, clean, and beautiful.
We do not receommend keeping any items of significant value, monetarily or sentimental, at or around the headstones as we are not a gated cemetery and are open to the public.
This page will be updated as necessary to inform family of any changes.
